Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that balances physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. It promotes strength, flexibility, and clarity of mind. Rooted in ancient teachings, it’s suitable for all levels and body types.
At Yog For You, we offer traditional Hatha Yoga (हठ योग), rooted in ancient practices that bring balance to the body, mind, and breath. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to combine asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to support physical strength, emotional resilience, and inner calm.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to your mat after a break, our approach is inclusive, mindful, and grounded in authenticity. We believe yoga is not about perfect poses—it’s about creating space within, reconnecting with your true self, and moving through life with greater awareness and ease.
Our sessions cater to children, teens, and adults, with specialized classes focused on age-appropriate movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. We also offer private sessions and corporate wellness programs, helping individuals manage stress, improve focus, and build healthier habits—on and off the mat.

Hi, I’m Hema Raoot.
I work in the tech industry by day, but my heart is rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga. I’m a certified yoga teacher, practicing for the past five years—and still learning every day.
I created Yog For You to help others reconnect with the grounding, healing power of traditional yoga, guided by the honorable teachings of Guru Patanjali. His path continues to inspire the way I teach—with focus on breath, awareness, and alignment.
One of the greatest joys in my practice is helping students reconnect with something as simple—and powerful—as the breath. Most of us, including myself in the beginning, don’t realize how disconnected we are from it. That’s why I teach from the basics, starting with how to breathe fully and mindfully.
In a world that moves fast, my classes offer a space to slow down and return to yourself. I offer sessions for all age groups and experience levels, thoughtfully customized to meet each student’s capability and capacity—with a focus on Hatha (हठ योग ) Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.
I’d love to welcome you to class and share this journey with you.
